Johnson Matthey Royston

We provided an estimate for new pipework at the Johnson Matthey site in Royston covering steam, hot water, solar thermal, domestic water and chilled water services.

Riverside Venue Newtown

We provided an estimate for all the electrical works specified for a new development in Newtown including main LV switchboard, cabling, containment, distribution boards, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, roof mounted solar panels and communication systems.

Burger King & Taco Bell Scunthorpe

We provided an estimate for all the electrical works required for the Burger King & Taco Bell fit out in Scunthorpe. The scope included cabling, containment, distribution boards, general lighting, emergency lighting and specialist internal and external signage. 

3 Dwellings

We provided an electrical estimate for a 3 dwelling development. The scope included lighting, small power, tv/media cabling, heating system control cabling and home electric vehicle charge points.

Luton & Dunstable Hospital Energy Centre

We provided pre construction, estimating and procurement services for the Luton & Dunstable Hospital Energy project. The project included construction of a new centralised energy centre housing combined heat & power units (CHP), standby diesel generators, gas boilers, 2 underground diesel storage tanks (each 19m long and 125,000 litre capacity), transformer, switchgear and BMS. The wider energy project included new LTHW pipework installed in a mix of existing tunnels and above ground to various plantrooms, plantroom upgrades, BMS upgrades, new steam generators, solar panel installation and LED lighting.

 

Wytch Farm

We provided estimating services for a COMAH site project in Dorset. The project consisted of 2 large Wartsila gas powered engines housed within an acoustically designed building given the surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty. The project also included gas supply pipework, oil lubrication pipework and tanks, cooling system and electrical connections.

 

Kingsway Hospital Mental Health Unit

We provided estimating services for LTHW, domestics and condensate pipework & insulation along with above ground drains, rainwater downpipes and sanitaryware installation.

Cost Guide Work

We continue to support a client with the creation and update of costing guides. We also provide technical responses to customer queries.
